fix: skip temperature param for GPT-5 reasoning models

deploy / deploy (push) Has been cancelled
GPT-5/o-series models only support temperature=1 (default).
Sending temperature=0.3 (analytics) or temperature=0 (chart) causes
400 Bad Request: 'Unsupported value: temperature does not support X
with this model. Only the default (1) value is supported.'
Now temperature is omitted for gpt-5/o1/o3/o4 models.

- openai.model.name.text: gpt-4o -> gpt-5-mini (bash.25/.00, 10x cheaper input)
- targeting.ai.audience-model: gpt-4o -> gpt-5-mini
- targeting.ai.budget-model: gpt-4o-mini -> gpt-5-nano
- targeting.ai.creatives-model: gpt-4o -> gpt-5-mini
- fix: max_tokens -> max_completion_tokens (GPT-5 requires new param name)
